- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp apricot jam
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- a pinch of salt
