Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 450 g lamb
- 10 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp ras el hanout
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 1 1/2 cup beef stock
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 1 bunch baby beetroot, halved
- 1 bunch baby (Dutch) carrots, peeled, trimmed
- 6 sheets ready-rolled puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- Thick yoghurt and mint leaves, to serve
