  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 1 bunch baby beetroot, halved
  • 1 bunch baby (Dutch) carrots, peeled, trimmed
  • 6 sheets ready-rolled puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Thick yoghurt and mint leaves, to serve
