Ingredients
- 4 perfectly ripened plantains
- 1/2 a shallot
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 small red Serrano chili (may substitute with habanero/scotch bonnets/ Petrie bells/jalepeno)
- 1/4 cup roasted peanut butter
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp dawadawa
- Salt to season
- 4 tbsp palm oil
- 1 Scallions chopped for garnish
